FORMAL TURN-OVER CEREMONY OF THE NEW DOT-ARMM SECRETARY

SAMPACO-BADDIRI. Also in the photo is DOT-ARMM Asssistant Regional Secretary, Shalimar Candao who introduced the outgoing Secretary and mentioned some of her accomplishment and track record. In the program also is our Regional Vice-Governor Bainon Karon who mentioned some of the changes took place during the time of Secretary Sampaco-Baddiri.
